She is highly skilled in drainage and stormwater design, erosion control, and environmental permitting, as well as the development of detailed construction plans, specifications, and estimates. Theresa’s ability to navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong client focus makes her a trusted leader in delivering infrastructure that serves communities now and into the future. She is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (C.P.E.S.C.).

As a skilled compliance and administrative lead, Irene brings a strong background in managing day-to-day office operations with precision and professionalism. She excels in coordinating schedules, streamlining communications, and maintaining detailed records to support efficient, team-wide workflows. Tara Wilkinson, P.E., Senior Project Engineer
Tara is a civil engineer with more than a decade of experience across the public and private sectors. Her background includes a wide range of roadway design responsibilities that include geometric design, plan production, cost estimating and utility coordination for transportation infrastructure projects. She has contributed to roadway and bridge improvement efforts across multiple agencies and jurisdictions, and has particular expertise in stormwater analysis and design, as well as signal and traffic coordination and design. Tara brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to project delivery, ensuring designs are technically sound and practical for construction.
